This privacy policy outlines how we handle your data on our website, hosted by One.com within the EU, utilizing WordPress and HubSpot for data processing.

The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Personal data, such as names, addresses or email addresses, are always provided on a voluntary basis when possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your explicit permission. 

However, we would like to point out that data transmissions via the Internet (e.g. email communication) cannot be entirely secure and may have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of personal details against unauthorized access by third parties is not possible.

What information we collect 

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. Such data is stored within the EU and used exclusively for the purpose of answering your inquiry or for establishing contact with you and for the related technical administration. The basis for the processing of this data is our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR. If the contact is aimed at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR. Your data will be deleted after your request has been processed. This is the case when the circumstances indicate that the issue has been finally resolved and unless there are contrary statutory obligations to retain such data.

Our company is hosted on the One.com platform. One.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to offer our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through One.com’s data storage, databases and the HubSpot applications. They store your data on secure servers within the EU and behind a firewall.   

How do we communicate with you?

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

Every time you access one of our websites which contains LinkedIn functions, a connection to the servers of LinkedIn is established. LinkedIn will be informed that you have visited our websites with your IP address. We would like to point out that we, as providers of these websites, do not obtain knowledge about the content of transmitted data as well as their use by LinkedIn.
